The ExitReady Product is a digital toolkit consisting of one (1) PDF guide and seven (7) companion Excel and Word templates designed to help small business owners prepare their business for sale. The toolkit includes:

The Product is priced at $99.00 USD (discounted from $199.00 USD). All prices are listed in United States Dollars. Payment is processed securely through Stripe, a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment processor. We do not store your credit card information on our servers.

By completing a purchase, you authorize the charge to your selected payment method. The purchase is a one-time payment — there are no recurring charges, subscriptions, or hidden fees.

Promotional pricing, discount codes, and special offers are subject to change at any time without prior notice and may be subject to additional terms.

Upon successful payment, you will receive immediate access to download all eight (8) files included in the Product. Files are delivered digitally through your authenticated account on our Site.

You may download the files individually or as a single ZIP archive. We recommend downloading your files promptly after purchase. While we strive to maintain file availability, we cannot guarantee indefinite access to the download page.

You are responsible for saving and backing up your downloaded files. We are not responsible for any loss of files after they have been successfully downloaded to your device.

To request a refund: Contact us at the email address listed in the Contact section below. Please include your purchase date and the email address associated with your account. We aim to process all refund requests within 5–7 business days.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Please allow an additional 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your financial institution.

We reserve the right to deny refund requests that appear to be abusive or fraudulent, such as repeated purchases and refund requests from the same individual.

All content included in the Product — including text, templates, worksheets, design, and organization — is the intellectual property of ExitReady and is protected by applicable copyright laws.

Upon purchase, you are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Product for your own business purposes. This means:

• You may use, edit, and customize the templates for your personal or business use.
• You may print copies for your own reference.
• You may not redistribute, resell, share, or make the Product available to others — whether for free or for a fee.
• You may not claim authorship of the Product or create derivative works for commercial distribution.
• You may not upload the Product to file-sharing platforms or make it publicly accessible.

Violation of these terms may result in termination of your license and may subject you to legal action.

The Product is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we have made every effort to ensure the accuracy and usefulness of the information contained in the Product, we make no warranties or representations, express or implied, regarding:

• The completeness, accuracy, or reliability of the content
• The suitability of the Product for any particular purpose
• The results you may or may not achieve by using the Product

Business sale outcomes depend on numerous factors beyond the scope of this Product, including market conditions, business financials, buyer availability, and professional advisory support. The Product is a preparation tool and does not guarantee any specific outcome.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ExitReady and its owners, operators, affiliates, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your purchase or use of the Product.

Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Product shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Product.

We collect only the minimum information necessary to process your purchase and deliver the Product. This includes your name and email address (provided through our authentication system) and payment information (processed securely by Stripe — we never see or store your full card details).

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Your data is used solely to fulfill your order, provide customer support, and improve our services.

Access to the Product requires authentication through our secure sign-in system. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You agree not to share your account access with others for the purpose of distributing the Product. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Site or Product after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Product shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation.
